Yaya Tech: secure tech. Yaya Tech PBC is a public benefit corporation based in Palo Alto, California, serving clients worldwide. We build provably secure software and AI agents, and source and colocate the hardware they run on, for companies that can't afford to trust more parties than they must.

Why a public benefit corporation

Our public benefit is digital sovereignty: businesses of every size should be able to use modern software and AI without surrendering their data, their IP or their independence to whoever hosts it. As a PBC, we're legally bound to weigh that mission alongside profit.

We run what we sell

We've already trusted everything we'd deploy for you with our own business:

• AI agents in production. Sales and payment agents that work for businesses over WhatsApp (agento.ceo), with human hand-off
• Independent verification of confidential AI. We verified three commercial confidential-AI providers' attestation chains end to end (AMD SEV-SNP and Intel TDX) with our own tooling and no vendor code.
• Attestation in our agent runtime. The runtime checks an enclave's measurement and encrypts requests to it before a prompt leaves the device.
• Sovereign infrastructure. Our own servers and WireGuard mesh, self-hosted git and mail, and a signed Linux distribution (Yaya OS)
• Open-weight models. Our quantized 27B model build is public on Hugging Face.
• Our own agent kernel. The assistant on this site runs on corazón, the Rust plugin kernel we build our agents on.
