1. Delete your account right here
We verify it's you with a one-time code sent to your WhatsApp, and the account is deleted immediately. You don't need the app installed.
2. What gets deleted
- Your Yaya ID: name, email, and phone number.
- Your agent identities: agent ids and keys for your installs, and their attestation.
- Your business's public card in the agent registry (business name, offering, approximate location), if you published one, and its link to reviews.
- Your plan and subscription status.
- Email addresses you left in our forms.
3. What we keep, and for how long

The content of your conversations (customer chats, voice notes, catalog photos) lives on your phone, not on our servers: it is erased when you sign out of the app or uninstall it. Account deletion is permanent; we cannot restore it afterwards.
4. If you only want to clear data from your phone
You do not need to delete your account: in the app, Settings → Sign out erases the data stored on the device, or simply uninstall the app. Your account remains and you can sign back in whenever you want.
5. Can't receive the code?
If you no longer have access to the registered number (lost phone, changed number), email andre@yaya.tech with subject "Delete my account", stating the registered number. We verify your identity another way and delete the account within 10 business days, confirming through the same channel.
